Functieomschrijving:
As an Operator you keep the process running from mixing raw materials to filling, capping and packing the final product. You start with a short handover, set up your line and monitor quality, safety and output. Most of the time you work with 1 to 3 colleagues in your own unit, so it feels organised and personal. Your key tasks here are:

• Set up, operate and adjust your line so production runs smoothly.
• Monitor quality, spot deviations and take action quickly.
• Troubleshoot minor faults and prevent downtime where possible.
• Perform changeovers and clean the line for the next run.
• Record production data and communicate clearly with your team lead.
• Work safely and keep the workplace clean and organised.

For this role we look for someone who likes working with technology and takes responsibility on the floor. It is about the basics: effort, accuracy and good teamwork. You are a good match if you meet the following:

• Experience in a production environment, operator experience is a plus.
• Technical mindset and a practical way of working.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Able to understand Dutch or English for safety and communication.
• Accurate working style with attention to quality.
• Able to work independently and cooperate well with colleagues.

• Gross monthly salary €3,050-€3,500 including shift allowance.
• 40 hours per week with a paid 30-minute break each day.
