We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategy team in Cologne as an Intern from January 2027 (3-6 months). The Strategy team in Cologne mainly provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to support its private equity and corporate clients in M&A processes.
As an Intern, you will:
- Collaborate in an exclusive environment to assess, plan, conceptualize, and implement M&A deals (e.g., carve-outs, integrations, joint ventures) and other complex business transformations (e.g., reorganizations, value creation) for national and global corporate and private equity clients
- Work closely with partners and directors, gaining direct responsibility on projects and learning from their extensive buy- and sell-side M&A experience
- Receive continuous support from a dedicated mentor for professional and personal development

- Pursuing a Master's degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration, or business economics from a top tier university or business school with excellent grades

- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Financial and analytical skills are a plus
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
