Operating across London, and the Southeast, they are continuing to expand, driven by repeat business and long-standing client relationships.
About the Role
As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking a Estimator to join their commercial team at head office in London. This is a key role for someone who enjoys working closely with Directors and contributing strategically to a company’s success.
The successful candidate will lead tender processes for projects typically ranging from £5m to £15m, ensuring accurate pricing and programme input.
About the Requirements
* 5+ years' experience as an Estimator within RC Frame and Groundworks
* Proven record of tendering and securing contracts within the sector
* Strong technical understanding of RC frame, groundwork, and civil engineering methods
* Ideally from a Quantity Surveying background
* Highly organised, commercially sharp, and capable of working autonomously

Salary range of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
