• Job Title: SEN Nanny
• Pay: £25.00 gross per hour
• Location: Cricklewood, Northwest London, NW2
• Hours and Days of Work: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (8:30 PM finish on Thursdays). Optional 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM hours by agreement with additional housekeeping duties. 25.5–35.5 hours per week, year-round.
• Essential Experience: Experience supporting neurodivergent children, either personally or professionally. A patient and understanding approach, with the ability to support transitions and occasional escalations calmly and sensitively. Someone who embraces a low-demand approach, enjoys play and connection, and sees the boys for who they are without preconceptions. First aid certificate, or willingness to undertake training before starting. *ThIs role is open to female applicants only.

Tom, 10, and Elliott, 13, are bright, engaging boys with individual personalities and interests. Tom enjoys Roblox, reading, ball games and creative play, while Elliott loves computing, coding, trains and Harry Potter. Tom has a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition with a PDA profile. Both boys benefit from adults who understand their individual needs and help them navigate emotions, routines and changes with patience and flexibility.
This varied role combines after-school childcare with practical household support. It would suit a warm, adaptable SEN Nanny who enjoys building genuine connections, encouraging independence and creating a positive environment where both boys can thrive.
