What you need
- Proven experience supporting diverse learning needs, including pupils with SEND (e.g., ASD, dyslexia, ADHD) or those requiring targeted catch-up support. All applicants must have prior SEN experience.
- Strong experience delivering targeted interventions or tutoring across the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum (primarily English/Phonics and Mathematics), or holding a relevant teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS).
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum, primary assessment frameworks, or foundational phonics schemes, alongside the ability to implement tailored lesson plans and track student progress effectively.
- A valid right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one). You must be able to commute to Wembley and travel to our London operating area for your initial interview.
- A compassionate approach combined with exceptional communication skills suitable for collaborating with young learners, parents, and school staff.
Note on In-Person Interviews: To ensure the highest quality of safeguarding and connection, all first interviews are conducted in person, even if you ultimately choose to tutor remotely. You must be able to travel to one of our operating areas (such as London) for this stage.
