B2B Telesales Executive
£25,000 basic + uncapped commission – realistic OTE £40,000–£45,000+
Koru Technologies is looking for a confident and motivated B2B telesales professional to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Stoke-on-Trent and is not remote or hybrid.
Please only apply if you are comfortable spending the majority of your working day making outbound sales calls and working towards daily activity and sales targets.
This is a high-volume outbound cold-calling role. You will be expected to make a minimum of 120 outbound calls per day to prospective business customers.
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be generating new business opportunities for our telecoms, connectivity and business communication services.
Your responsibilities will include:

Making a minimum of 120 outbound B2B cold calls per day
*
Contacting prospective businesses from company-provided data
*
Speaking with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers
*
Identifying potential telecoms and connectivity opportunities
*
Establishing current suppliers, contract positions and future requirements
*
Qualifying genuine sales opportunities
*
Booking appointments and progressing opportunities
*
Following up prospective customers
*
Maintaining accurate notes and activity within our CRM
*
Building and managing your own sales pipeline
*
Working towards agreed daily activity and monthly sales targets
What We Are Looking For
You should be:

Comfortable making 120+ outbound cold calls every working day
*
Confident speaking to businesses that are not expecting your call
*
Resilient and able to handle rejection
*
Motivated by targets and commission
*
Professional when speaking with business owners and directors
*
Organised and able to manage follow-ups
*
Reliable and comfortable working in an office-based sales environment
Previous experience in B2B telesales, telecoms, IT, energy, merchant services, recruitment or another high-volume outbound sales environment would be advantageous.
Telecoms experience is not essential for the right salesperson, as product training will be provided.
