About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reflective Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our dedicated team, teaching a Year 3 class from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your teaching career in a supportive environment that values inclusion, creativity and high expectations for all pupils within Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Foster a positive classroom culture built on respect, resilience and high expectations
Support the academic, social and emotional development of all pupils
Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and ensure progress for every child
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have strong communication and organisational skills
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
