Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Support Assistant looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? Supply Desk is working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Hazlemere seeking a committed SEN Support Assistant to work full-time, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.

About the Role
As a SEN Support Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
Support children with EHCPs, ASD, ADHD, and a range of additional needs
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
Support pupils with personal, social, and emotional development
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced working with children with SEN (school, care, or support settings)
Patient, empathetic, and resilient
Confident supporting pupils with varying and complex needs
Calm and consistent in managing behaviour
A strong team player with a genuine passion for inclusive education
Reliable, committed, and keen to develop within SEN support
Formal qualifications are not essential – training and guidance will be provided.
