This senior leadership role will set and deliver regulatory strategy across the UK portfolio, ensuring timely licensing, regulatory compliance, and alignment with EMEA and global objectives. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and external health authorities, with strong influence on business outcomes and regulatory policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UK Regulatory Affairs strategy and team
- Oversee MHRA submissions and lifecycle management
- Ensure ongoing regulatory and GMP compliance
- Partner with internal stakeholders across medical and commercial functions
- Lead external engagement with the MHRA and industry bodies
- Develop and retain a high‑performing Regulatory Affairs team
Key Requirements:
- Life Sciences degree (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive UK/EU Regulatory Affairs experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and GMP/QMS
- Proven senior leadership and stakeholder influence
