Handyman/Maintenance

Experienced Maintenance person required to maintain showrooms, private viewing sites and client areas to a five-star standard, ensuring that every detail of the facility reflects the prestige vehicles on show.
Previous experience in high-end environments (luxury hotels, private estates, or premium dealerships) will be advantageous, but not essential.
ROLE:
* Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and fix any aesthetic imperfections (scuffs on walls, lighting failures, floor marks).
* Maintain specialized showroom flooring.
* Ensure external signage, entrance gates, and landscaping are pristine.
* Arranging via specialists plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
* Manage HVAC filter changes and basic checks to ensure climate control is optimal for historic vehicle storage.
* Oversee the maintenance of specialised equipment.
* Coordinate with external contractors (security, fire safety, heavy maintenance).
* Monitor chemical storage (detailing products, oils) and ensure compliance with site safety standards.
* Maintain clear and safe access paths in high-value storage areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent "eye for detail".
* Comfortable working around high-profile clients with total professionalism.
* A "jack-of-all-trades" who understands that no task is too small, from hanging rare automotive art to fixing a leak in the canteen.
* Basic proficiency in multiple trades (painting/decorating, basic electrics, plumbing).
* Ability to lift and move equipment safely around.
* Full, clean driving license.
