We’re growing and looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Harpenden.
If you’ve got 2–3+ years’ contract recruitment experience, enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities, winning new business, and growing your own desk, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be:
Chasing leads and building new client relationships
Running smart telephone and AI-driven BD campaigns
Keeping ahead of market trends and opportunities
Growing your own contract desk with the support of an experienced team behind you
We’re looking for someone who’s commercially sharp, proactive, entrepreneurial, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing environment.
