Daily Duties
Lead and manage residential architecture projects from concept through to construction (RIBA Stages 1-5).
Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation.
Oversee design development, planning submissions, and technical packages.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high design and technical standard.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members where required.
Support the growth of the practice through networking and generating new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced Senior Architect and Design Director required, with a strong background in residential architecture.
High End Residential experience would be essential.
Highly proficient in Revit with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed technical packages.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 1-5.
Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a collaborative studio environment.
Commercially aware, with the ability to build relationships and generate new revenue opportunities for the practice.
