Build AI That Makes a Difference We're hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join an innovative and growing technology business developing AI-powered products for some of the world's leading organisations. Working at the forefront of AI, you'll help build scalable, production-grade solutions using LLMs, AI agents, cloud technologies and modern software engineering practices.
What You'll Do
Design and build scalable Python backend services
Develop AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG and agentic workflows
Create APIs and integrations for enterprise clients
Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
Drive innovation and contribute to technical strategy
Collaborate with a small, highly experienced engineering team What We're Looking For
Strong Python engineering background (ideally 5+ years)
Experience building AI/LLM solutions in production environments
Knowledge of RAG, AI agents and modern AI frameworks
AWS and infrastructure-as-code experience
Experience with CI/CD, containerisation and scalable architecture
A curious mindset and passion for solving real-world problemsBonus Points
Experience in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries
React or frontend exposure
MLOps, Data Science or DevOps experience
