Project Manager

Our client, a pioneering company in the construction sector, is actively seeking a skilled M&E Project Manager. This role is particularly suitable for individuals with a robust understanding of NEC forms of contract and programme management.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing M&E construction projects.
Maintaining strict adherence to NEC forms of contract
Driving programme management to ensure timely project completion
Coordinating with various stakeholders to align project goals and timelines
Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Identifying and mitigating project risks effectively
Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes of practice

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in managing M&E construction projects
Solid understanding of NEC forms of contract and their application
Strong programme management skills
Experience in airport projects preferred; strong rail project experience also considered
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in preparing and managing project documentation
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively on site.
