Private Client Solicitor – Locum

Location: Kent (office-based, hybrid or remote depending on the firm)
Rate: Competitive hourly rate
Job Type: Locum

We are working with a number of reputable firms across Kent seeking experienced Locum Private Client Solicitors to support their teams on a short- to medium-term basis.

The Role as a Private Client Solicitor

As a Locum Solicitor, you will hit the ground running with a broad caseload of private client matters, including:

* Drafting and advising on Wills

* Probate and estate administration

* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

* Trusts and inheritance tax planning

* Court of Protection work

You’ll be supported by friendly teams and competent support staff, though you’ll be expected to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements as a Private Client Solicitor

* 3+ years' PQE in Private Client (strong experience essential)

* Ability to manage a full caseload independently

* STEP qualification is desirable but not essential

* Familiarity with case management systems
