Import / Export Logistics Administrator

Office Angels are seeking a highly organised Import / Export Logistics Administrator to join a growing business in Haywards Heath. This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for coordinating international shipments, managing shipping documentation and supporting the smooth movement of goods across global supply chains.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, customs, import/export or supply chain experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate import and export shipments from order through to delivery
Prepare and process shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and customs paperwork
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers and customers worldwide
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delivery issues
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export procedures
Maintain accurate records on ERP and internal systems
Support stock movement, inventory updates and supply chain activities
Provide shipment updates and excellent customer service to stakeholders
Assist with freight quotations, logistics reporting and cost managementSkills & Experience Required

Previous experience within Logistics Administration, Import/Export Administration, Freight Forwarding, Shipping Coordination or Supply Chain Administration
Knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping processes
Experience liaising with couriers, freight providers and overseas suppliers
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems
Knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms would be advantageousPackage
