We’re recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to support people with complex barriers into meaningful, sustainable employment.
You’ll manage a caseload of around 25 clients, delivering vocational profiling, action planning, job‑search support, and in‑work support. You’ll work closely with employers, health services, DWP, and community partners, following the IPS model to achieve positive outcomes.
✅ Experience supporting people into work
✅ Ability to engage with employers and multi‑agency partners
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
