Your new role
This school is currently looking for a full-time Administrator to start as soon as possible. Please only apply if you are available for full-time work, 8-4 Monday to Friday. Your time in this role will include:

Management of the school phone line
Responding to emails
Photocopying
Filing
Updating records
Printing off timetables for students
Collating invoicesWhat you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have:

Strong IT skills,
Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality,
A strong ability to communicate well
Work as part of a team and as an individual
Use your own initiative
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Maintain attention to detail and be organised, motivated and punctual.We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum, and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
