Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team immediately for an 8-week temporary assignment.
This is a busy, fast paced role that will see you supporting a range of administrative and compliance processes, handling enquiries and assisting the wider team with daily operations.
They are looking for a proactive and organised individual who is confident managing multiple tasks and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with queries over the telephone and email
Requesting and chasing compliance documentation, including DBS checks, right to work documents and references
Raising invoices
Uploading documents onto the database
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Covering front desk duties on an ad hoc basis
What they're looking for:
Previous administrative experience
A DBS certificate would be advantageous
Experience working within sectors such as education, healthcare or support services
Strong customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
A professional and confident telephone manner
