The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Working closely with the wider HR team, you will play a key role in delivering high quality HR support and solutions. You’ll provide advice to line managers, support employee relations processes, and contribute to driving improvement and engagement across the business. Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to employees, managers, and HR colleagues
Advise and coach line managers on various HR topics including ER, as well as delivering training
Support and manage a range of employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
Review and update HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice
Work with data and metrics with the ability to understand and give insight into data
Prepare and manage HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Contribute to onboarding processes and the delivery of HR metrics and reporting
Support employee engagement activities, as well as supporting with reward processes
Assist with recruitment, including pre-screening and coordination
Assist with payroll activities where required
Support office and facilities coordination and workplace H&S complianceAbout You:
Proven experience in an HR Advisor or comparable HR role
Strong experience managing employee relations cases in whole
Good understanding of up to date UK employment law
Confident using HR systems and data as well as Microsoft Office packages
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think ahead and work strategically
CIPD qualified or equivalent work experience
Ability to influence and support managers effectively
