The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a highly supportive specialist school in North West London from September.
This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with a range of complex special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), moderate to severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), speech and language needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and complex medical needs.
We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive individuals who have a genuine passion for helping pupils develop independence, communication skills, and confidence within a specialist educational environment.
The Role:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups throughout the school day
Assisting with personalised learning programmes tailored to individual needs
Supporting pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
Working alongside teachers, therapists, and other specialist professionals
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting pupils with sensory needs and helping to create a positive learning environment
Encouraging independence and celebrating individual achievementsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working with children or young people with complex SEN
Experience supporting pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties, PMLD, or communication needs
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confidence supporting pupils with additional physical, sensory, or medical needs
A willingness to assist with personal care if required
