The hospital is one of Medivet’s 24-hour centres, and as a result Enfield also plays a key role in Medivet’s broader network, offering referral-level facilities and opportunities to work on complex and varied cases.

Medivet Enfield is part of a Partner-led regional network and currently acts as the local clinical hub. This means that many of the more complex and ECC caseloads are managed at this site. Whilst also covering OOH for the local regional network.
That means:
- You’ll lead your own clinic day-to-day.
- You will be responsible for a busy hospital with diverse caseloads.
- You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive network of nearby partners; sharing cases, skills and expertise.
- You’ll never feel isolated in your leadership - mentorship is always nearby

Pay range and compensation package
When it comes to financial rewards, Partnership offers double the opportunity:
- Uncapped profit share from day one – your profit share will increase as the clinic grows, however you can expect to earn more than an employed vet over your time in the Partnership.
- Guaranteed share buyback on exit – ensuring long-term financial security and peace of mind.
