How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Contract: Temporary ongoing

We're recruiting a proactive, detail-focused Despatch Coordinator to take ownership of daily despatch operations-ensuring goods are correctly picked, checked, packed, documented and shipped accurately and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoy coordinating people, paperwork and priorities, this could be a great fit.

    What you'll be doing

Work closely with warehouse teams to allocate stock and support stock control for despatch
Monitor and report discrepancies, shortages or damage to inventory/shipments

    What we're looking for

Proven inbound/despatch experience within a warehouse or logistics operation
Comfortable with a physical role, including lifting heavier items safely
Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Clear communicator with a professional, cooperative approach-able to take direction and follow through
High attention to detail in checking, labelling and documentation
Calm under pressure with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
    Working knowledge of logistics/transport processes
Confident using MS Office (Word/Excel); experience with ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar) is an advantage
