The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Role
An established and growing law firm is looking for an enthusiastic Conveyancing Assistant to join its friendly Residential Conveyancing team.
Working alongside an experienced Conveyancer, you'll support a varied caseload covering sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property matters.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their conveyancing career, with full training and support and the potential to take on a small caseload independently.
Key Responsibilities
Taking initial enquiries and preparing quotes
Assisting with residential property transactions
Responding to client queries and managing expectations
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Updating case management systems and databases
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
Attending meetings and providing general administrative support
About You
At least 18 months' experience in a similar conveyancing role
Strong client/customer service skills
Excellent organisation and time management
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong IT skills and attention to detail
Experience with case management systems desirable, but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Full driving licence desirable
Ideally based locally to Leeds
