Responsibilities:
* Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets
* Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues
* Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts
* Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities
* Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries
* Processing card and BACS payments, and supporting credit control

What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality environment
* Minimum 2 years of management experience
* Computer literate – Microsoft Suite
* Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends
* Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Rota’d shifts between Monday to Friday (07:55–19:15), Saturday (08:55–18:15) & Sunday (09:55–16:15)
£30000.00 - £32000.00 per year
