Location: Telford
Salary: Starting salary of £35,115 per annum (rising to £43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights, including weekends)

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll be responsible for setting, operating, and optimising machinery to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate production machinery efficiently and safely
Carry out machine changeovers and adjustments
Monitor performance and resolve minor machinery issues
Ensure products meet quality and specification standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain excellent health, safety, and housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator, or similar manufacturing role
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
