Location: Telford
Salary: Starting salary of £35,115 per annum (rising to £43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights, including weekends)

We're seeking a proactive and hands-on individual to join a busy production team in Telford, where you'll be responsible for setting, operating, and optimising machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate production machinery to meet production targets
Carry out machine adjustments and changeovers
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
Support continuous improvement activities to maximise efficiency
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator, or within a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience working with automated or semi-automated machinery
A keen eye for detail and quality
Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
