Description
Maintain accurate rent and service charge records.
Prepare and issue service charge budgets and statements.
Assist with rent reviews and adjustments as required.
Investigate and resolve tenant queries regarding charges.
Monitor arrears and support the collection process.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Collaborate with other teams to provide financial data.
Contribute to process improvements in rent and service charge management.Profile
A successful Rent and Service Charge Officer should have:
Experience in property rent and service charge management.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in relevant financial software and systems.
A good understanding of property-related legislation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and organisational skills.Job Offer
Hourly rate of £23.00 to £28.00, dependent on the level of experience.
27 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service).
