Key Responsibilities as a Slinger / Signaller
* Safely attach and secure loads to cranes and lifting equipment using appropriate lifting accessories
* Direct and guide crane operators using approved hand signals and radio communication
* Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and health & safety regulations
* Check lifting gear and accessories before use to ensure they are suitable, certified, and in good condition
* Maintain clear communication with crane operators, lift supervisors, and site teams during lifting operations
* Assist with the safe movement and placement of materials across the construction site
Requirements:
* CPCS OR NPORS with CSCS Logo
* CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall Ticket
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
