We're recruiting for a Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a 6-month contract based at a static commercial site in Coventry.
Offering £20-£22 per hour, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established on-site maintenance team carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance. With no travel between sites, a Monday to Friday working pattern, and the potential for the contract to be extended, this role offers excellent stability and work-life balance.
The Role
As the Plumber, you will:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs across a commercial site.
Diagnose faults and complete plumbing repairs, maintenance, and minor installations.
Carry out routine inspections to ensure plumbing systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Work closely with the on-site Facilities Management team to deliver a high standard of service.
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures. You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
Experience working within commercial building maintenance or Facilities Management.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Experience delivering both planned and reactive maintenance.
