Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant – Facilities Management

Location: 8 Bishopsgate, City of London, EC2N 4BQ 

Salary:£30,000–£45,000 basic, depending on experience 

OTE: £55,000–£80,000+ with uncapped commission 

Contract: Permanent, full-time

360 Recruitment is expanding its Facilities Management and Building Services division and is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

Based at our new offices within the prestigious **8 Bishopsgate**, this is an opportunity to develop your career from an exceptional City location while benefiting from one of the best commission schemes in the recruitment industry.

We are open to speaking with established Recruitment Consultants, Senior Consultants and ambitious recruiters who have experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Construction, Property or another technical recruitment market.

The Opportunity

You will join a growing Facilities Management division supplying temporary, contract and permanent professionals across London and the surrounding areas.

The desk covers a broad range of FM and Building Services appointments, including:

Facilities and Estates Management
Technical and Engineering Management
Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance
HVAC, Air Conditioning and Commercial Gas
Fabric Maintenance and Specialist Trades
Helpdesk, Compliance and Administrative Support
Temporary, contract and permanent recruitment
You will have the opportunity to develop existing relationships while building your own client base and becoming a recognised specialist within the FM market.

This is a full 360 recruitment position, giving you genuine ownership of your clients, candidates, vacancies and earning potential.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

Develop relationships with new and existing FM clients
Identify vacancies and secure new recruitment opportunities
Attend client meetings and gain a detailed understanding of their requirements
Source, interview and qualify suitable candidates
Manage the complete recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
Negotiate rates, salaries, fees and commercial terms
Build and maintain a strong network across the FM and Building Services market
Provide a professional and consultative service to clients and candidates
Manage temporary, contract and permanent recruitment requirements
Build a commercially successful and sustainable recruitment desk

Who We Are Looking For

You will ideally have previous agency recruitment experience, preferably within:

Facilities Management
Building Services
Engineering
Mechanical and Electrical
Construction
Property and Estates
Technical or trades recruitment
More important than your exact sector is your attitude.

We are looking for someone who is:

Commercially driven and motivated by success
Confident developing new business and speaking with decision-makers
Comfortable managing the full 360 recruitment process
Proactive, organised and able to manage their own workload
Naturally good at building long-term relationships
