We’re currently working with a well-established Housing Association, seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within void and tenanted social housing properties across the NW London, Brent, Barnet & Islington areas
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance in tenanted/void properties
Working on disrepair cases
Desired to have experience working on complex works team or disrepair team within property maintenance.
Skills in carpentry, plumbing, wet trades and general maintenance
