MRP Global are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and versatile Administrator to support a growing team of consultants based in the City of London.
Main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support across the full recruitment cycle and on-boarding process.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of candidate and client administration tasks including:
- Preparing, checking, and sending candidate contracts
- Candidate on-boarding including but not limited to compliance and background checks
- Preparing, checking, and sending client contracts – Terms of Business, Statement of Works and SLA’s
- Ability to review complex contractual documents such as Statement of Works (SOWs) and candidate contracts
- Ensuring accuracy of information pertaining to client/candidate contracts
- Entering and loading of client and candidate documents onto system
- Develop and implement procedures to centralise and streamline contracts management process more efficiently
- Formatting/preparing candidate profiles/CVs
- Managing job adverts – creating and uploading adverts to various job boards
- Maintain and update client and candidate records using CRM system
- Ensure that all aspects of GDPR are maintained
Requirements:
- 2+ years Administration experience within a Sales (ideally Recruitment) environment
- Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently, multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, work to deadline and manage time effectively
- Must have high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Electronic Signature Software – Legalesign, DocUsign
