Pastoral Lead - The Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pastoral Lead to support pupils across EYFS and KS2. You will provide targeted pastoral support, work closely with SEN pupils and those with SEMH needs, manage behaviour interventions, and act as a key link between school, families, and external professionals. The role also involves supporting attendance, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing, ensuring every child feels safe and supported.
