I’m currently recruiting for an exciting Sales Associate opportunity with an established British contemporary designer fashion brand based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional with a passion for premium fashion, styling, and client experience to join a sophisticated retail environment known for craftsmanship, elevated design, and timeless collections.
Key responsibilities:
▫️ Delivering an exceptional and personalised client experience
▫️ Building strong client relationships and driving long-term loyalty
▫️ Supporting store performance through achieving sales targets and KPIs
▫️ Providing expert product knowledge and styling recommendations
▫️ Maintaining impeccable shop floor presentation and visual standards
▫️ Proactively identifying sales opportunities and client needs
▫️ Acting as a strong brand ambassador at all times
We’re looking for candidates who have:
✔️ Previous experience within premium or contemporary fashion retail
✔️ Strong clientelling and customer service skills
✔️ A commercially driven mindset
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ A genuine passion for fashion and styling
✔️ A collaborative and proactive approach
