WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Bring Refreshment, Service, and a Smile to the Hospitality World!Are you a driver who enjoys being on the road, values customer contact, and likes variety in your day? Then this job is perfect for you!
Your workday starts between 05:00 and 07:00 a.m., loading your truck with roll containers full of beer, wine, and soft drinks. You'll deliver these to cafés, restaurants, and other hospitality venues in the region.
On average, you'll have 12 to 14 stops per day. For heavier routes, you'll be equipped with an electric pallet truck, and when deliveries require stairs, you'll go together with a driver's assistant.
You Deliver More Than Just DrinksAs a beverage delivery driver, you're the face of the company. You ensure timely deliveries - but also bring a friendly smile and great service.
At one venue, you might unload kegs into the cellar; at another, you'll deliver crates to the back storage. Over time, you'll know your route and regular customers like the back of your hand - and they'll know you too.
A quick chat, a cup of coffee, or even a toasted sandwich - it's all part of the job. Everyone knows: your work is physically demanding but highly valued.
What Your Day Looks LikeAt the end of the day - usually between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. - you'll return to Hedel, unload the returns, and your workday is done.
You'll work Monday through Friday, so no weekends. Prefer to work four days a week (or even three)? That's possible too!

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?Category C driving licence, Code 95, and a valid driver card.
Starting as a loader and obtaining your Category C licence through the company is also possible.
Of course, you'll receive a salary in accordance with the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement for Professional Goods Transport (CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer).
For this position, that means:
• An hourly wage between €16.00 and €19.46 gross per hour
• 1.38% ADV allowance on top of your gross salary
• A net expense allowance of €0.80 per hour
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (from 10 km one way)
• 19% night shift allowance for hours worked between 21:00 and 05:00
• 30% overtime allowance for hours exceeding 40 per week
• 50% allowance for Saturday hours
• 100% allowance for Sunday hours
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment)
