As a reachtruckchauffeur, you will contribute to the smooth flow of operations in our modern cheese factory in Leerdam. Your role ensures that products are efficiently moved, stored, and prepared for production and transport. You’ll work in a clean and organized warehouse with well-maintained equipment, collaborating closely with your team to maintain a safe and productive environment. With your experience and attention to detail, you’ll help keep everything running seamlessly across shifts.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: the reachtruck to move pallets of cheese to the correct locations within the warehouse.
- Organize: products by placing them in the designated spots to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Support: production by retrieving and delivering necessary materials on time.
- Prepare: shipments for transport by scanning and labeling products accurately in the system.
- Maintain: your reachtruck and workspace by performing daily checks and adhering to safety guidelines.

- An hourly wage between €17.13 and €18.74, based on experience.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A full-time role of 36 hours per week in a fixed 3-shift schedule.
- An average shift allowance of approximately 19%, boosting your earnings to up to €3,500 gross per month.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
- 8.33% holiday allowance and a 5% year-end bonus.
