Are you an experienced crane operator who enjoys hands-on work, loves working outdoors, and communicates clearly?
For a leading family-owned company in metal recycling, we are looking for a reliable and precise crane operator. You’ll work with modern machinery on a well-organized site where safety, teamwork, and efficiency come first.
In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, moving, and loading various types of metals using a grab or magnetic crane. Thanks to your efforts, the recycling process runs smoothly and safely.
Your tasks:
- Operate the grab crane to move and sort different metal streams
- Load and unload containers and trucks
- Inspect incoming metals and separate them correctly
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized working environment
- Report any malfunctions or maintenance issues directly to the technical department
Our client has been active in metal recycling for over 80 years and operates multiple locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll be joining an organization with short communication lines, dedicated colleagues, and a safe working environment where quality and sustainability are key priorities.
Wie ben je?Who are you:
- You have at least one year of experience as a crane operator, preferably with a grab crane
- You are available full-time (Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 16:45)
- You are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Reliable and responsible, with a strong focus on safety
- Accurate and independent, yet a true team player
- You have your own transportation
