As a renewals specialist, you will play a key role in managing the renewal lifecycle for our valued customers. Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance retention while minimizing churn. With your ability to collaborate across teams and navigate complex challenges, you’ll help secure favorable outcomes for both our customers and the company.
What You Will Do:
- Manage: the entire renewal process, from account reviews and customer notifications to creating quotes and closing renewals with win-win strategies.
- Collaborate: with internal teams such as sales, customer success, product management, and legal to develop tailored renewal strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Identify: customer requirements early, address potential roadblocks, and maintain clear communication to ensure timely renewals.
- Monitor: at-risk accounts and implement action plans to address potential challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Report: on renewal activities and forecasts, providing valuable insights to support business decisions and improve processes.

- Full-time role, 36-40 hours per week.
