As a senior elektromechanisch engineer, you will contribute to the development and integration of advanced electronics and mechatronics for our unmanned helicopters (VTOL UAVs). You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure our systems operate seamlessly and meet the high standards of our global clients. With your expertise in electronics, system integration, and precision assembly, you will play a key role in designing, testing, and optimizing the Airboxer, our flagship model.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and prioritize: structure and coordinate electronics-related tasks within UAV integration projects.
- Integrate payloads: incorporate components such as cameras, sensors, RF systems, antennas, and power electronics into our UAVs.
- Design and test: develop custom PCBs and conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and troubleshoot: apply communication protocols like RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, CAN, and Ethernet effectively, resolving any issues that arise.
- Document: record designs, tests, and technical processes in compliance with aviation and defense standards.
