As a Chef de Partie, you'll join a friendly and motivated team, working together to reach our full potential and provide genuine, heartfelt care for our guests. You'll have the unique opportunity to contribute your culinary expertise to both Celia Amsterdam and Café Celia. This is a hands-on role, focused on creating some of the most unique dining experiences in the area. If you're looking for an ambulant position, we'd love to receive your application.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee your own station in the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food presentation.
- Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and prepared for service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, following all hygiene and safety standards.
- Mentor junior kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality kitchen.
- A passion for culinary excellence and creativity in food preparation.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
