As Barista you will be responsible for the following duties:
Ensuring proper mise en place at the bar and setting up the bar station, maintaining equipment, and conducting regular inspections with the technical and housekeeping teams
Supporting the service team in serving food and beverages and providing expert guest advice
Actively upselling products and services to meet guest needs through exceptional service
Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards and supporting other tasks as directed by the outlet manager
Training and onboarding new employees, proactively creating WOW moments for guests, and handling guest complaints effectively
As Barista, we expect from you:
Experience as a barista in a professional environment with a strong focus on guest service, ideally in a 5-star hotel;
Legal permission to work in The Netherlands (permit or EU-passport);
Speaks and understands English;
Accommodation in or around Amsterdam;
A strong sense of responsibility, flexible work ethic, and eye for detail.
