Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality plans within projects.
- Create inspection plans to determine necessary quality control steps.
- Ensure quality requirements are met throughout the supply chain.
- Draft and review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Act as the key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support and perform internal and external audits (e.g., AS9100).
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or engineering.
- Knowledge of internal and external audit processes.
- Experience in aerospace or composite manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities.
- A process-oriented mindset and experience setting up quality procedures.
- Technical understanding of inspection techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Familiarity with Lean principles is an advantage.
