WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Together with your team you will provide a unique guest experience and optimal service every day. You supervise your team of employees and interns. You’ll lead by example during the shifts and meanwhile train and coach where necessary. Do you overhear guests talking about the special occasion they are in Amsterdam for; or that they are visiting that long expected event? Or that they are going to the Artis zoo? Boutique means also that we can go the extra mile, and that we can surprise. So you are able to unleish your creativity and act on these hints from guests.
You know how to deliver the unexpected but also know how to activate our colleagues in living the Boutique life at work and provide them a little bit of creativity as well. During the day our winebar operates as well, with small bites. Delivering a consistent look and feel in our service and towards guest is something you’ll be sharp on; for both yourself as well as for your colleauges. And we know, in a hotel there is always something to do, so we stay active and on the ball all the time.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You have work experience in a similar position or are ready for the next step;
- You are always thinking with the guests and your team and you are very solution-oriented;
- You get energy from training and coaching your team and you are an inspiring motivator for others;
- A flexible schedule is not a problem for you;
- You speak excellent English and Dutch or want to develop this further.

The hotel is to re-launch in June as the most service-minded hotel of Amsterdam where guests and the unexpected surprises are central parts of our operation.
