Your responsibilities
- Ensure the adoption and effective use of Resolutions tools and ways of working, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance the Resolutions experience and operational efficiency for both customers and co-workers in close collaboration with the Resolution/Exchange & Returns community.
- Identify root causes of customer resolution pain points and drive continuous improvements to Resolutions processes in order to optimize the overall customer experience.
- Define, develop, and implement solutions and ways of working that support a simple and seamless customer journey across all customer touchpoints, while continuously improving pre-sales, sales, and post-sales Resolutions routines in compliance with local consumer legislation.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the country organization and the IKEA value chain to promote integration, alignment, and a shared focus on delivering the right solution the first time and creating an outstanding Resolutions experience.
- Build strong emotional connections with customers through meaningful and empathetic interactions, foster a customer-first mindset by inspiring others to do the same, and continuously strengthen subject matter expertise through a deep understanding of the market, industry best practices, customer behavior, and overall business operations.

당사는 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 채용 여부가 확정된 날로부터 180일간 구직자가 제출한 채용서류 원본을 보관하게 되며, 그때까지 채용서류의 반환을 청구하지 아니할 경우에는 『개인정보 보호법』에 따라 지체 없이 채용서류 일체를 파기할 예정입니다.
