Your role within the organization:
You will be the link between Unilever and the external talent market. This means staying on top of trends and opportunities, advising HR and business teams on the best candidates. From managing vacancies to actively networking with future talent via digital and social channels, you know how to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. You will have the freedom to work both independently and as part of a team, and you will experience a lot of variety in your daily tasks. Unilever will move from Rotterdam to Amsterdam and needs you for this temporary job. This position is for 3 months starting around the 10th of March.
You will be recruiting for more ´exact´ positions such as supply chain and finance.
Who are you?
You are fluent in English and have a Bachelor's degree. Also, you are proficient in MS Office, recruitment systems, and digital screening tools like HireVue and LinkedIn Recruiter. As a person, you have the flexibility to operate in a fast-changing environment and can handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A monthly salary between €3500- and €4500,- (gross);
- Travel reimbursement for commuting;
- A position at a highly reputable company;
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home;
- 32 hours a week can be determined in consultation. 40 hours is preferrable.
- At least finished hbo At least finished hbo Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
- You have at least 3 years of proven experience in creatively sourcing and attracting (scarce) profiles, with platforms like LinkedIn and Social Media being your best friends;
- You have experience recruiting for open vacancies at all levels in a high-pressure environment;
- Fluent in English.
