What will you be doing?
As a Sales Consultant at Resolvo Engineering, you’ll serve as the link between technical companies looking to hire and technical job seekers. You’ll take on a 360-degree commercial role in which you’ll handle both the client side and the candidate side. On a daily basis, you’ll be focused on generating new business as well as recruiting and selecting suitable candidates. In this all-around role, no two days are the same, and your success is entirely in your own hands—you decide which clients you want to work for and which candidates you want to partner with.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively sourcing and approaching technical professionals
- Qualifying and analyzing technical professionals
- Actively approaching potential clients and maintaining existing relationships
- Making the right match between client and candidate
- Identifying the client’s needs
- Negotiating and guiding the entire hiring process
- Advising both the client and the candidate

Who are you?
Recruitment experience is a plus, but not required. We’re primarily looking for the right person.
- You have completed an MBO-4 or HBO degree

- You are results-oriented, goal-driven, and willing to go the extra mile
