As a nursery production worker, you are responsible for caring for, inspecting, and maintaining crops within a controlled environment. You monitor growth, identify any abnormalities, and carry out harvesting and processing activities. In addition, you work according to strict hygiene and safety regulations and, together with your colleagues, ensure an efficient and high-quality production process.
