We are looking for an exceptional Sales Director, EMEA to join our team at Neota. As a Sales Director, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth in the EMEA region. Working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Your role as Sales Director, EMEA will involve:
- Devising and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets specifically in the EMEA region.
- Engaging with potential customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing innovative solutions using our powerful no-code automation platform.
- Forging and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Leading and managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to drive lead generation activities in the EMEA market.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to proactively identify opportunities and stay ahead.
We are seeking candidates who match the following requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry with a focus on the legal, risk & compliance sector.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets especially with respect to low code and no code platforms like Pega, OutSystems, Appian and ServiceNow.
- A strong network and established relationships within the EMEA market.
- An ability to effectively communicate and present complex solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
