We are looking for a strategic Product Manager to support our Benelux affiliate in driving successful product positioning, launches, and lifecycle management within Rare Diseases.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like- Translate global brand strategy and business objectives into local marketing plans for the Benelux.
- Lead product lifecycle management and support successful product launches.
- Define positioning, key messages, and value propositions for the local market.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, materials, and tools in close collaboration with Sales and Medical.
- Ensure Sales teams are equipped with the right messaging and materials to drive performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign effectiveness and KPIs.
- Contribute to the preparation and coordination of events, congresses, and advisory boards.
- Work in close alignment with cross‑functional teams while ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and company SOPs.
- Experience in Marketing or Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good understanding of the Belgian market and affinity with the broader Benelux context.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into concrete, actionable plans.
- Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
